| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Euros or your own currency. (For orders outside of the UK extra delivery costs will be incurred. Please contact us for costs.) We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, email or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

| Guarantee Full Terms and Conditions The following terms and conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between First Solution Consultancy Limited ('First Solution') and any other person, firm or company ('the Customer') for the sale of any goods or services by First Solution, the parties should acknowledge that these conditions take precedence over any verbal, written or printed Conditions of Order from the Customer. Payment Terms Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, BACS or 'cheque with order'. Cheques should be made out to First Solution Consultancy Limited. Credit facilities are available subject to approval. References may be required. All payments on credit accounts will be due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed at the time of order. After this time interest may be charged at the Bank of England base rate plus 8% as per the 'Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998'. Goods remain the property of First Solution until paid for in full. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. (For all non UK orders the only payment accepted is by Bank Telegraphic Transfer. Contact us by email or phone for our bank details. Goods will not be despatched until payment is shown as being in our bank account.) Once an order has been received and acknowledged it is not possible to return or cancel part or all of the order, as product is manufactured specifically for the Customer. Should, in very exceptional conditions, First Solution accept a cancellation, there will be a cancellation charge, the value to be determined totally at the discretion of First Solution. Quoted prices will be guaranteed for 60 days, after which time they may be subject to change. Limitations of Liability First Solution should be under no liability in respect of any defects arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure of the client to follow the application instructions from the manufacturer, failure to protect the work, misuse or alteration of the product, impact damage, the effect of osmotic or hydrostatic pressure or moisture vapour transmission, or structural cracking of floors or walls, or the use of steam cleaning techniques without prior written acceptance by the product manufacturer. First Solution shall not be liable for any consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses, other claims that arise out of, or in connection with, the supply of materials or services. First Solution shall use their best endeavours to ensure that products are delivered on time and in full, but cannot be held responsible for situations outside of their control for any late or incomplete delivery, howsoever caused. It is the Customer's responsibility to notify us of any damaged goods or should products not be delivered by the due date. For projects carried out by contractors the Customer's contract is with the contractor and not with First Solution. It is incumbent on the contractor to ensure that the specification is correct and meets the Customer's requirements. Should any unforeseen problem arise during the installation the Customer should liase with the contractor to overcome it. (First Solution will offer advice if applicable). The rates of application of materials are subject to the substrate and whilst First Solution will endeavour to advise the correct quantities to complete a specific project they cannot be held responsible for the Customer's method of application or for any defects in the floor, which result in further products being required. First Solution will advise on the methods and conditions required to store, mix and apply the materials to best advantage but cannot be held responsible for any failures to comply with instructions or for poor installation results. Product data sheets and method statements can be obtained from First Solution. New concrete should normally be allowed to cure for a minimum of 28 days prior to application of materials. For some materials this time should be extended (for water dispersed products it could be less). It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the concrete is sufficiently cured. Following preparation of the substrate, cracks and imperfections that were not previously visible can become apparent. First Solution cannot be held responsible should this occur. Some flooring materials and cleaning chemicals can be hazardous and First Solution cannot be held responsible should these be handled inappropriately. First Solution cannot be held responsible for any failures in systems, subject to poor installation or misuse. Some flooring products can taint foodstuffs and other products that are in the application area. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that all such products are removed prior to the application of these materials. Warranties are the responsibility of the product manufacturer. First Solution will liase with the manufacturer, when required, to supply details. Note. Approved contractors can be employed to install systems if required. When a contractor installs First Solution products the Customer's guarantee is with the contractor and not First Solution Supplies. |
