Peganox is a primer and topcoat in one and can be applied directly on various metallic substrates. Manufactured by Rust-Oleum Mathys.

Easy to apply by brush, roller or airless spray
Can be applied in damp weather at temperatures down to minus 5 degrees C
Can be applied to moist substrates - for instance pipelines with outside condensation
No cracking due to long lasting elasticity
Can be applied to most types of metal, including steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, zinc, etc
Rust need to be removed by scraping and wire brushing (St3) or grit blasting (Sa2).
Can be applied on top of previous, good adhering paint systems
Dry to touch in 3 - 4 hours (20 degrees C and 60% RH) and can be recoated after 24 hours
Colours: grey green, beige grey, english red
Available in 20 litre and 5 litre

Rust-Oleum 9100 Epoxy System is a high performance, all round epoxy system, developed for optimal protection in only one or two layers

Range of high gloss epoxy topcoat containing zinc sulphate. Can be applied directly to almost all sorts of surface. For the most demanding applications there are special 9100 epoxy primers - see 9169 and 9170/9180 metal primers

Three versions are available:
9100 - 75% solids, VOC 250 g/l, coverage 5 sq m/litre
9100 HS (high solids), 91% solids, VOC 85 g/l
9100 WG (winter grade - for application down to 0 degrees C), VOC 99 g/l

High build self priming epoxy coating or finish on top of 9100 primers (3333 Super Adhesion Primer when using on power-float concrete and tiles)
100 - 200 microns in a single layer
Low solvent content
Can be diluted with thinner 160 by up to 10%
Potlife: 3 hours
Induction time: 30 minutes (mix and leave for 30 minutes prior to application)
Typical coverage: 5 sq m / litre
Available in 5 litre units (Winter grade in 4.5 litres)
Available in large number of standard colours and can also be tinted in many colours (additional cost applies)
Standard colours: marlin blue, light blue (RAL 5012), national blue, light green, reseda green (RAL 6011), emerald green (RAL 6001), moss green (RAL 6005), light ivory (RAL 1015), safety yellow (RAL 1007), bright red (RAL 3000), tile red (RAL 8015), dunes tan, black (RAL 9005), light grey (RAL 7035), steel grey (RAL 7001), silver grey, marine grey (RAL 7005), white.
