Solvent free, 100% solids formulation, non taint
Chemically resistant
Good standard colour range. Custom colours to special order
Use FS EpoxyCoat for first coat or prime with FS EpoxyPrime, FS EpoxySeal or FS Epoxy DPM/Primer.
One coat sufficient if overcoating existing epoxy.

Three different aggregates can be supplied, either aluminium oxide, coarse bauxite, or fine flint. Aluminium oxide should be used for a good compromise between slip resistance and cleanability. Should you require a higher level of slip resistance use coarse bauxite, or for less slip resistance use fine flint.
Aggregates can also be supplied in bulk quantities for you to measure out yourself - this saves us time and packing and therefore works out cheaper

FS EpoxyCoat Range - Additional Information

The FS EpoxyCoat Range is the ideal solution for any medium use to heavy-duty areas. These products are 100% solids, high build, two pack epoxy coatings, which do not contain any harmful VOCs. They are easy to use and have very good mechanical and chemical resistance.

Various systems can be used depending on the existing substrate and the required use of the floor.
Application by an approved contractor can be arranged if required.

Suggested Systems following suitable preparation:
1st coat FS EpoxySeal, 2nd coat FS EpoxyCoat (Standard, XB, Anti-slip or FastCure)
Very heavy use areas apply FS EpoxyPrime and two coats of FS EpoxyCoat
For smooth power-floated concrete prime with Rust-Oleum 3333 Super Adhesion Primer (see 'Primers for Floor Coatings') and apply two coats of FS EpoxyCoat or two coats of FS EpoxySeal. (Note: If Proseal, has been used to seal the concrete it may be necessary to fully grind this off prior to coating. We would recommend that you complete a small trial area with the primer prior to proceeding with the project to ensure that it adheres fully to the substrate.)
Existing epoxy in good condition apply one coat of FS EpoxyCoat in the same or similar colour.

Fast Cure versions can be used to enable 2 coats to be applied in one day.
